How NERIS reporting works in FD Connect
Crews capture NERIS fire and all-hazards incident fields in plain operational language. Officers review and complete records. Completed incidents move through reporting workflows designed for technical compatibility with the NERIS V1 API.
Works with or without CAD
Create incidents manually and submit without a CAD connection. When optional CAD prefill is connected, call information imports into new incidents so crews skip re-entering the same details. FD Connect is not a CAD, alerting system, or public information portal.
Included on Core and Pro plans
NERIS V1 compatible incident reporting is included on Core plans ($999/year, up to 50 members) and above. Standard plan covers daily operations without incident reporting.
